Eligibility for Refunds

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase

• Include your order details and reason for the refund request
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Non-Refundable Items

• Partial month refunds are not available
• Refunds are not available after 14 days from purchase
• Free trial periods are not eligible for refunds

How to Cancel

• Email us at info@familyloantracker.com with your cancellation request
• Include your account email address
• We'll confirm your cancellation within 24 hours

After Cancellation

• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
• You can reactivate your account within 30 days by contacting us
• After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted

Step 2: Resolution Process

• We'll investigate your complaint thoroughly
• We may request additional information if needed
• We'll provide a written response within 5 business days
• If needed, we'll work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution

Step 3: Legal Resolution

If we cannot resolve the dispute amicably, the dispute will be handled according to Dutch law, and you may pursue legal action in the courts of the Netherlands.
